3rd Shift position:
Sunday pm - Friday am, 9:30pm-6:00am (OT as needed). Onsite position
Manager is open to lesser experience and is willing to train someone who is less experienced, but the bill rates should match experience level.
PPE Requirements: Metatarsal Foot Protection (employee to provide)
PPE requires Metatarsal Foot Protection, as well as long pants (jeans or work pants). All additional PPE will be provided on-site.
Physical Requirements:
Employee will be required to travel between office area and manufacturing floor multiple times per day. This is a hybrid role of computer/office work combined with direct shop floor interaction.
No driving is required.
Local candidates are requested – interviews will be conducted Onsite, and the position is 100% onsite from day one.

• Demonstrated team leadership skills, including coaching and facilitation.
• Experience with manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to overcome adversity and motivate a team to meet their objectives
• Experience communicating across functions (such as: manufacturing engineering, operations, quality engineering, material flow, supply management, and human resources)
• Demonstrated analytical skills
