• Teach applied percussion (typically drum set) lessons on-site at BHCC's Charlestown campus. Lessons are 50-minutes per week, per student, and may serve music majors or non-majors.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in music required; documented comparable expertise and experience in the field will be considered.
• Teaching experience in music required.
• Demonstrated expertise in more than one style of drum set playing (e.g., jazz, popular, etc.).
• Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with college teaching.
• Experience with mallet percussion or Latin percussion.

Additional Information:

Salary: $750.00 per student/per semester
