What To Expect
The Culinary Program Specialist is an integral part of the Culinary Team and is responsible for executing a broad range of program goals, mostly through cross-functional planning, facilitating, and reporting. This includes the development and implementation of culinary programs, providing and ensuring excellent customer service, and administering food and beverage programs, services. What You'll Do Develop and oversee programs and projects from the definition of the scope, work plan creation, timelines, internal and external resources needed and allocates labor and resources as required. Develop operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and coordination between business units Work collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report out. Monitor and analyze current system of production and works out strategy for improving when necessary Interact with managers of different departments and organizations and liaise with other team members to accomplish culinary department programs, projects and goals Research, recommend, and implement sustainable standard operating procedures for the culinary department Create, track, and report program metrics for all on-going program efficiency
What You'll Bring 5 years’ high volume food & beverage experience in related field or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related majorExperience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word, outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programsFood Manager Certification Must be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to direct and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customersExperience working in time critical and fast-paced product developmentAbility to manage multiple programs and projects at the same timeAbility to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $192,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
