Automotive Sales Manager/ General Sales Manager

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a resultsfocused highly driven and experienced Sales manager/ General Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Obtain monthly/ yearly manufacturer sales objectives.
Maintain at or above region CSI metrics.
Set/ Inspect Sales specific goals and objectives.
Create a positive sales culture for the team.
Hire & Train Sales staff.
Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meet its goals.

Requirements

Preferred candidates have a minimum of 5 years of Buick GMC Sales Manager / GSM experience.
Responsible ethical and committed
Professional
Previous sales success
Drug screen background check
Performance driven with a need to succeed

Certificates Licenses Registrations

Valid drivers license
