Full Job Description:

Our Company is a contract service provider for FedEx Ground. We are starting to hire now for Full-time delivery drivers to provide package pickup and delivery services out of the Santa Fe FedEx Terminal.

This position is perfect for someone with who has worked for a moving company or delivered large items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clean driving record - NO DUIs in past 5 years.
• Must pass drug screen, and background check.
• Candidate must be in good physical condition (DOT Physical required).
• Must pass a road test.
• No history of revoked or suspended driver's license.

REQUIREMENTS, DRIVER MUST:

• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently deliver the entire route promptly.
• Be of legal status to work in the USA, we E-Verify.
• Be able to safely lift/carry packages weighing up to 150 pounds with a hand truck.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Candidates must be EXTREMELY dependable and self-motivated.
• We need drivers who can put Safety first - Always put safety first when you drive - No cell phones, no texting, no speeding, no running lights, no cutting, and no road rage.

We pay $18.50 to $20.00 per hour Based on Experience and time and a half for over 40 hours. We provide 8 days of earned PTO a year, paid holidays, yearend bonus. Medical Benefits after the probationary period.
