Responsibilities:
As a member of our clinical team, you will:
Provide behavioral health services to a diverse client population and their families, incorporating a cultural lens and affirming stance.
Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based skills training.
Participate in weekly group consultations, staff development activities, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Engage in local outreach and programming initiatives to support our community.
Requirements:
Licensed as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or psychologist, or in the process of obtaining full licensure (LSW/LPC/LPC-A/LMSW).
Experience with video/virtual platforms and a strong aptitude for using IT/technology in daily work.
Ability to build and maintain a caseload over time, with a focus on long-term career growth and commitment to quality care.
