We are currently seeking a Commercial Lender to join their team to develop the Charleston, WV market. Position Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the commercial banking sector
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities in the local market and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them
- Present financial products and services to clients in a persuasive manner
- Achieve growth objectives and drive business expansion in the Charleston area

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Demonstrate success in sales and business development, particularly within the commercial banking sector
- Utilize local market knowledge to identify prospects and devise growth strategies
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Think strategically, formulate business plans, and achieve growth targets
- Understand financial concepts, products, and services within the banking industry

Position Skills:

- Proven experience in sales and business development as a commercial banking lender/business banker
- Strong local market knowledge of Charleston, WV
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and achieve growth objectives
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and products
