Zazzy’s Pizzeria is looking for experienced, enthusiastic team members to join our growing Family. We are expanding fast and looking for an experienced delivery driver. We do food deliveries daily from our commissary store to the other locations. The commissary is in charge of all our food items to run the business. This position is ideal for a candidate who loves teamwork and someone who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
Overview of Responsibilities
-Driving daily between our stores Mon-Saturdays from 11a-3pm.
-Transport of food, beverage, and service items for our off-premise events
-Following proper delivery procedures
-Learning the delivery area
QUALIFICATIONS
-You must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years
-Prior food and/or driver experience preferred
-Experience driving vehicles on NYC roadways
-Have excellent communication and customer service skills
-Exhibit reliability, flexibility, and punctuality
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry heavy food and/or service items required for catering events
-Have a professional appearance and demeanor
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Work well in a team environment
-Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve
