As an Engagement Manager at Accelerated Focus, your primary role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients and our product delivery teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, combined with your in-depth knowledge of business analysis, is essential to our success. You are tasked with ensuring that our products are delivered with maximum value, aligning precisely with our client’s business goals and technology strategies. Additionally, as a part of your responsibilities, you will engage in minor but strategic business development activities.

Key Responsibilities - Agile Leadership: Champion Agile practices within the team, leading Scrum ceremonies with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a seamless flow in our Agile processes.
- Project Success: Forge strong, lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value and understanding their business imperatives.
- Backlog Management: Translate complex client needs into actionable development tasks, prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with product owners, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and user satisfaction.
- Quality Advocacy: Take charge of the product delivery's quality, advocating for excellence and reliability in every solution delivered to our clients.
- Budget and Team Management: Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery, while also managing and mentoring project personnel.
Required Skills and Experience - Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in facilitating sprint ceremonies.
- Exceptional at translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Demonstrated capability in fostering strong client relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing project teams and budgets.
- Experience with low-code platforms, particularly OutSystems, is a plus.
Qualifications - Post secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
- 4 years plus experience in software application delivery, preferably as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Business Analyst.
- Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PSM) are highly preferred.
- OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification is an advantage.
