SalesBizLab We areis seeking a creative and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Specialist to assist with the planning and execution of company events. This role involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure events are successful, from initial concept to final execution. Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including trade shows, corporate meetings, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
• Help develop event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels (email campaigns, flyers, and brochures).
• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee assistance, and setup/breakdown.
• Gather and analyze feedback from events to help improve future planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure events align with company goals and branding.
• Prepare post-event reports summarizing outcomes, feedback, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events at the same time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary for events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
