Are you a seasoned financial leader looking for a flexible, impactful role? We're on the lookout for a highly experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to provide financial expertise on a part-time basis. This remote position allows you to collaborate closely with our client's executive team, driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy across diverse industries.

What You'll Do:

Shape Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to foster business growth and profitability.
Manage Finances: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure robust financial health.
Analyze & Report: Provide in-depth financial analysis, manage cash flow, control costs, and enhance revenue strategies.
Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with executive leaders to develop and implement effective business strategies and operational improvements.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Advise on Investments: Offer insights on investment opportunities, risk management, and optimize capital structure.
Mentor Finance Teams: Guide and support finance teams to boost their capabilities and performance.
What We're Looking For:

A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
Extensive experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and strategic management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with executive teams and stakeholders.
Experience across various industries is a plus.
CPA, CFA, or similar certification is preferred.
