Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our hotel team as Front Desk Agents/Staff Members at Holiday Inn. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a personal and wonderful experience during their stay, from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, multitasking efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude. Successful candidates will undergo safety training and certification before starting employment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel's property management system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring accurate guest folios.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Participate in training programs and stay informed about safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

Shift times (Swing 3pm-11pm need 2-4 candidates Night Audit 11pm-7am 2-4) 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
