Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor
Job Summary:Join our team at Quality Inn Chain of Lakes as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position combines the responsibilities of a Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor, offering a dynamic work environment in the hospitality industry.
Duties:- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere- Handle high volume incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and directions- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby, common areas, and parking lot- Address minor maintenance issues promptly- Conduct night audit duties to ensure accurate guest billing and accounting procedures- Check guests in and out during night shifts- Monitor hotel security to ensure a safe environment for all guests- Restock guest room supplies and amenities as needed- Perform various tasks to support daily hotel operations
Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience in customer service is essential- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus- Proficiency in phone etiquette is essential
-Must have reliable transportation. Bonuses after first 90 with no call offs. Must be reliable and punctual. Call off will result in termination.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
