Job Description

We are looking for a full-time night auditor for our award-winning hotel. Job duties include exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk, and executing all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day. The person in this position sets up the next day for success! If you enjoy working primarily alone, come work for a company that values your contributions and hard work! Responsibilities:

• Sales and reservations
• Inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building
• Take payments and do billing
• Assist guests with directions for dining and other local points of interest
• Guest check-in and out
• Be aware of emergency procedures and ready to respond if needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Capacity to pay attention to details for billing and reservations
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, enjoy working alone
• Exceptional attitude and ability to be proactive, responsive and caring
• High degree of self-motivation
• Capacity to do whatever it takes to make this hotel successful
• Possess integrity and have a high sense of responsibility
