This role is hybrid from our headquarters in Minneapolis.

Day-to-Day

As an automation consultant on our team, you will work among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, you will also manage escalated events as appropriate. 

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
• Keep customer and other stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved 

Minimum Requirements

We have role flexibility and will consider candidates at either level:

Consultant II

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results

Senior Consultant:

• Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of related experience or 8 years of relevant experience with no degree
• 3 years of account management, relationship management, product management or related
• Prior exposure to 3rd parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers desired
• Strong relationship building skills, especially over the phone.
• Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent activities. 

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 years professional business experience
• Experience will EDI, 800 series, Order to Cash
• Familiarity with XML
• Experience with text editing and data mapping tools
• In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality
