Job Description

We are hiring an Investigator for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

• Investigate discrimination and sexual harassment complaints;
• Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, respondents; drafting summaries of interviews;
• Prepare investigation plans and prepare final investigation reports;
• Assist in developing and providing trainings on matters related to discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
• Draft formal letters related to the investigation;
• Review and monitor employment practices and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal anti-discrimination laws and EEO/AA policies and procedures;
• Monitor and manage office email inbox.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining records of discrimination and sexual harassment complaints;
• Prepare necessary correspondence; performing other duties as required.

Skills required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to compile, organize, review and interpret data and material; prepare correspondence; communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Education required:

• Two years of office and/or field experience conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and preparing investigative reports related to civil, or regulatory matters involving fraud, misrepresentation, or other acts of civil misconduct.

Education required:

• Bachelor's degree (Accredited College/Univ)

Work hours:

• 9:00- 5:00
• Lunch period: 12:00-1:00 (Unpaid)
