What You'll Do:

Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, and establishing entry priorities.
Process customer data and account documents by reviewing for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies using standard procedures or coordinating with your team leader.
Maintain data entry requirements by following established techniques and procedures.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, and reentering information as needed, while also combining data from different systems when necessary.
Test system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing the output.
Secure information by conducting regular database backups.
Uphold operational standards by following policies and procedures, and reporting any needed changes.
Protect customer confidence and operations by maintaining confidentiality.
Utilize SQL queries and light scripting to perform basic data analysis.
What We're Looking For:

Familiarity with Student Information Systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Suite, and other data management software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A keen attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
This position requires full-time, on-site work from Monday to Friday. Please note that there are no hybrid or remote options available.
