Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to join our team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight logistics, vetting carriers, and ensuring seamless transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Korean, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier Sourcing: Identify and vet prospective carriers to build a reliable network of service providers.
• Client Consultation: Gather detailed information from clients to accurately assess and fulfill their shipping needs.
• Quote Management: Obtain and present competitive shipping quotes from carriers to clients in a timely manner.
• Freight Booking: Coordinate freight services with carriers, ensuring all client requirements and deadlines are met.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the pickup and drop-off of shipments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to damage or delays.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate client records using customer management software.
• Supply Chain Advisory: Advise clients on potential supply chain issues and provide proactive solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, freight brokering, or a related field, or recent college graduate.
• Korean language proficiency (required) to communicate effectively with business partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
