Key Responsibilities:

• Provide invaluable assistance to attorneys and legal teams in case preparation and management.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Draft various legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Maintain and meticulously organize case files and documentation.
• Establish effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Offer comprehensive administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous work at a law firm or as a legal assistant/case manager.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in law.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a legal environment is a plus.
