What We Are Looking For:

Our Client is seeking a Licensed M assage Therapist to provides a serene environment that will invigorate and transform their customers. This therapist will b e for performing massage therapy, body treatments, and East-meets-West treatments to guests according to the treatment protocols provided. The Massage Therapist will ensure the the guest’s comfort and relaxation during each service by offering amenities, such as beverages and neck buddies.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performing an outstanding service to each guest
• Welcoming each guest and introducing yourself
• Preparing the guest for services according to the treatment protocols
• Offering the guest beverages and other amenities available
• Reviewing the guest’s chart for any valuable information
• Perform up to a combination of 7-8 different massages/body wraps per day
• Educating the guest to the benefits of the services performed
• Educating the guest of the products used during the service
• Retailing home care products and explaining how to use them properly
• Referring the guest to other services offered
• Allowing the guest to relax by only speaking when spoken to
• Sanitizing the room according to the Sanitation Policy
• Documenting pertinent guest information into their records
• Maintain organization of the treatment rooms, preparation areas and changing lounges
• Escorts guests to dressing room, service areas, etc., when needed
• Ensure laundry services are completed daily
• Obtaining continuous education
• Renewal of licensure as required by the state
• Educate guests on spa services and retail products
• Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance Standards
• Assist in the marketing and promoting of spa
• Abide by the protocols set
