Job Description:

Pompa Program is seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with our brand voice and aligns with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to develop impactful content for various platforms including websites, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and appeals to target audiences.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for a range of marketing channels, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop messaging strategies, and execute campaigns.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of copy and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the copy remains fresh and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in health and wellness.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep understanding of how to craft messages for different audiences and formats.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to adapt content based on target audience insights.
  • Experience with SEO, content management systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage projects effectively, and drive innovative ideas.
  • Ghostwriting experience is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$60k-$70k
