Job Summary: The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk duties during the night shift, ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and upholding the high standards of The Willcox Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-of-day auditing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel standards.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel premises during the night shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Skyware).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
