Requirements:

• Must have professional license (either LMSW, LPC or LLP or the respective limited license).
• Must have master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology.
• Must have a minimum of 8 months experience in mental health treatment of minors (experience may include clinical internship via master's program).
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Additional requirements include: cultural competency, ability to work effectively with a diverse population, the ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with children and families in a variety of modes of treatment, the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers, effective communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible.
• Cannot accept candidates who are on student/work visas, and/or require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at this time.
• Michigan license
