Tropical Smoothie Cafe - PM Shift Leader Needed

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a Fast Casual restaurant franchise in Northern Michigan, is looking for a talented PM Shift Leader to join our team. As a PM Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each customer receives a great experience that sets us apart from other establishments. You will lead, train, and coach crew members to uphold our brand standards while managing operations smoothly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interact with crew members and customers
• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
• Manage labor, control inventory, and accomplish goals efficiently

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in the food service industry
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in stressful conditions

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Most shifts are between six to eight hours
• Expect some early mornings (6:45a), late evenings (10p), weekends, and holidays
