REMOTE: Project Analyst
Duties: The person is responsible for analytical, operational and project management support functions including but not limited to:
•   Knowledge and execution of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles;
•   Office of Budget and Management Exhibit 300 (OMB-300) Investment Support – Collect, track, and manage program management data required to complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports;
•   Maintain Department of State (DOS) program management database (iMatrix, PPM, PPS, etc.) content for investments and assets;
•   Apply information management techniques and practices in support of business process improvement and business process modernization projects;
•   Develop plans and provide support for official internal/external business such as Program Reviews, Financial Justifications, Data Calls, etc;
•   Provide performance measurement development and management activities to ensure investments meet set targets and report any deviations or anomalies; Review and analyze program history to identify issues or trends which may have bearing in determination of future program direction;
•   Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provide forms of program management knowledge transfer.
