Job Description SAP AMS Finance Specialist Duties : Responsible for corrective and change application maintenance services for entities using our global ERP. Help harmonizing and simplifying Kering's business processes and simplifying the group's information systems landscape. Deliver support services on the company's SAP applications in the finance area with AMS (Application Maintenance Services) partner based in Italy and the Philippines. Contribute to the implementation of a robust solution adapted to the company's business needs for the omnichannel distribution of products. The global SAP COE support Finance lead will provide you support and guidance in your activities. Follow the global support processes and the company's core model solution requirements and best practices. The scope of this position includes financial flows for customer, supplier, bank, management control and accounting as well as interfaces and connections with the various solutions interfaced with SAP (Blackline, Esker, Concur, SWIFT Service Bureau, etc.). Provide support to AMER SAP Finance users from a functional point of view. Organize the customer relationship between SAP Finance AMER end user community and SAP COE AMER. Conduct regular ticket reviews with main key users, cascading communication from global COE on changes and improvement brought to the solution and ad-hoc training. Ensure the support and implementation of functional and technical enhancements with end users on all subjects related to finance and management control. Coordinate support activities for AMER region in the field of finance with our partner AMS (Application Maintenance Services) and Global SAP application center. Follow up on changes to the SAP organizational structure (opening of new companies, etc.) and the implementation of new regulations in the field of finance in the countries deployed on SAP. Ensure that our partner AMS delivers services in line with its commitments. Participate in tickets reviews. Take in charge ticket escalations with AMS and the global SAP COE. Ensure proper integration of finance solutions with other areas (Supply Chain, Retail, Master Data) for countries on SAP.
Requirements : Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related field of study, and 5 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving SAP Finance, SAP Tax, SAP-BCM (Banking Communication Management) or SAP CO (Controlling). Experience specified must include each of the following: 5 years of experience with SAP Finance Configuration; 3 years of experience working on projects in the fields of fashion and retail; 3 years of experience with the integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions; 2 years of expereince with SAP CO Configuration; and 2 years of expereince with SAP-BCM Configuration. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week in accordance with company policy.
