Senior Accountant - King of Prussia, PA

Role:

You will be responsible for preparing and managing financial statements and reports for the company. This will include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and preparing reports for management and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyzing financial data and variances to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
• Fund accounting
• Monitoring and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Coordinating the external audit process and providing support to auditors
• Preparing and filing regulatory reports and disclosures as required by government agencies or stock exchanges
• Developing and maintaining internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
• Communicating financial results and analysis to management and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance required
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Real Estate experience a plus

Compensation:

$80-95k + discretionary bonus
