Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead and innovate our Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind adapting and supporting our critical Salesforce applications. You'll guide a dedicated Salesforce Development team, providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Utilize your deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, and others, to create effective and best-practice solutions.
- Architect solutions that maintain architectural integrity and consistency across the platform.
- Develop and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity, and J2EE technologies.
- Leverage your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity for the healthcare industry.
- Oversee Salesforce integration efforts using MuleSoft and manage application deployment through Azure CD/CI pipeline.
- Review and assess Salesforce capabilities, workflows, and scheduling to determine feasibility and improvements.
- Analyze and enhance existing information processing systems to boost efficiency.
- Supervise programming development and testing, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Provide ongoing application maintenance and mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience with full-cycle programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce solution design and system administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional Competencies
- Extensive experience with Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity, and J2EE technologies; Web Services, REST API, SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs.
- Proficient in process analysis, workflows, page layouts, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Skilled in integrating Salesforce with Web Methods, Web services, SSO, etc.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework, content versioning, and Agile methodology.
- Expertise in database design, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server (latest version) and T-SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in marketing and customer service in healthcare.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
