Job Description
We're excited to welcome a new team member to our organization for the role of Senior Vice President, Technology Control Management. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work remotely three days a week and collaborate in the Pittsburgh office the remaining days.
What You'll Do:
Regulatory Engagement: Enhance the quality and consistency of our interactions with U.S. regulators. Identify and collaborate with Engineering stakeholders to review and refine submissions for regulatory examinations and inquiries.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams outside of Engineering, including Legal, Tech Risk, Audit, Compliance, and others, to ensure a unified and transparent approach to regulatory engagement.
Management Responses: Partner with Engineering stakeholders to develop and manage responses to regulatory findings and create remediation plans as needed.
Tracking and Updates: Monitor the progress of remediation efforts and prepare updates for senior management.
Meeting Management: Organize and oversee meetings with regulators, including drafting agendas, preparing presentation materials, and conducting practice sessions to ensure effective communication.
Global Collaboration: Connect with colleagues managing global regulatory interactions to identify trends and promote consistent messaging.
Training and Awareness: Develop and lead training sessions to enhance awareness and understanding of the regulatory engagement process.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in technology and regulatory interactions.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Personal Traits: A proactive mindset to anticipate and address regulatory trends, along with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
