Role Overview:

We are seeking an SEO Specialist who excels in both technical and content SEO. The ideal candidate will be task-oriented, detail-focused, and client-centric, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic. This role involves a mix of technical SEO tasks and content optimization, making it a dynamic and integral part of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks promptly to enhance SEO performance across client websites.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to boost site traffic using SEO best practices.
  • Conduct thorough campaign setups, keyword research, competitor analysis, and create a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement.
  • Provide in-depth SEO analysis, recommendations, and strategy during monthly reporting calls with clients.
  • Analyze website structure and on-page elements to ensure optimal SEO health.
  • Build and manage local inbound link strategies to enhance each client’s online presence.
  • Monitor and evaluate SEO campaign results, identifying and communicating any issues to the team lead.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current search engine algorithms.
  • Proficient in keyword research tools and competitive analysis techniques.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team structure.
  • A proactive learner with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and professional development.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Preferred Qualifications for The Right Candidate:

  • Previous experience in the RV, Marine, Powersports, Golf Cart, or Automotive Dealership industry.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms commonly used in the automotive industry.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant SEO certifications.
