The salary for this role is $65,000-$70,000 annually.

Character Traits:

• A resourceful and professional individual willing to work flexible hours, including overtime if and when necessary
• Excellent writing skills
• The ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and schedule work effectively, work efficiently under time constraints in a fast-paced environment, and be able to handle multiple tasks
• Must be a proactive team player
• Strong organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bilingual is a strong plus

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in developing and executing effective SEO campaigns
• Thorough understanding of SEO best practices (including local SEO) and ability to implement them effectively
• Working knowledge of industry software tools, i.e. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.
• Ability to set, track and report on campaign performance metrics for both internal and external audiences
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
• Write compelling, engaging website content, including blog posts and pages
• Must be a quick and creative thinker
• PPC, Facebook Ads experience is a plus
