A-Line Staffing Solutions is searching for a Remote Behavioral Health Professional with Arizona active licensing as either LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT or RN. ** Fully Remote/Work From Home opportunity with Managed Care Fortune 500 Company! **

Remote Behavioral Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT or RN)

• Remote / Work From Home, Arizona candidates highly preferred
• Compensation: $35 - $38 per hour
• Full-Time, 4 days/10 hour shifts, Wednesday 6am - 4pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10am - 8pm
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Provides clinical information and education for inbound calls and outbound calls triages behavioral health crisis calls. Uses established protocols and independent professional judgment.
• Documents assessment, plans, interventions and results.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health need
• Document calls and actions using standard computer software application
• Provide resource and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff Schedule and make follow up calls to provide care facilitation
• Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope
• Work with other internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs
• Provide professional assessments, interventions within scope of relevant licensure
• Provide information and behavioral health education to caller
  
  

Requirements

• Active license as either LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT or RN in the state of Arizona
• 2-4 years of Behavioral Health experience in crisis interventions, case management, behavioral interventions, therapy, assessment and intake, or related area.
• Computer proficient including Microsoft Office
  
  

Contract To Hire

• Contract to Hire via A-Line Staffing, 3 - 6 month contract before conversion to permanent (based on performance & attendance)
