Position Overview

Role: Physician for Urgent Care Telehealth Program
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Flexible scheduling options
Compensation: $112 - $120 per hour
Additional $150 per month for NP supervision (approximately 1 hour/month per NP)
15% hourly differential for nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Provide supervision for a team of at least 5 Nurse Practitioners, including performing quarterly chart reviews and holding virtual meetings as needed.
Conduct video and phone evaluations, both scheduled and on-demand, as well as asynchronous communication with patients.
Deliver urgent-care treatment for various conditions, including minor injuries, respiratory infections, skin conditions, gastrointestinal issues, allergies, and more.
Engage with a diverse patient population, embracing inclusivity and evidence-based care for all individuals.
Requirements

Active MD or DO license in good standing in 5 states, including CA and at least 3 of the following: PA, AL, GA, IN, MO, MS, SC, or TN.
Board certification and valid DEA certification.
Minimum of 2 years of independent practice experience.
Ability to supervise and support a team of at least 5 Nurse Practitioners.
Proficiency with technology, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Preferred experience in telemedicine or virtual care.
