What You Will Do:

• Provide a Tailored, Luxury Experience: Engage with East Hamptons' discerning clientele, many of whom view their dental care as an essential part of their wellness lifestyle. Your role is to guide them through complex, long-term treatment plans with care and attention that reflects their high expectations.
• Manage Premium Treatment Plans: Oversee high-value cases, often involving full-mouth restorations with treatment plans ranging from $125k to $200k. You will coordinate every aspect of their care, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to completion.
• Lead and Mentor a High-End Team: Work alongside talented professionals, mentoring your team to deliver top-tier service while supporting Dr. Curatola's pioneering biologic approach.
