Position: Web Developer for Template Replication
Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote
Compensation: $4 USD/hour + Performance Bonuses & Company Perks
Overview:
We are a dynamic company specializing in web development and design for various industries. We are seeking a talented web developer to join our team, focusing on customizing templates for potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create industry-specific website templates on WordPress.
* Quickly replicate these templates for potential clients from a provided list.
* Modify templates to include:
* Logo
* Pictures
* Color scheme
* Contact information
* Team profiles
* Business hours
* Footer information
* ***Ensure that at least 10 websites are replicated per day using the templates.
* You are NOT building every website from scratch per day but cloning the template site and replacing basic information such as logos, company contact information, business hours, pictures, and color schemes.
Example Task:
You may be presented with a task where you will be provided with a list of 10 dog walker sites that need to be replicated. You will then use the template to update the specified elements and submit the completed work with the assigned temporary URL link.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* COMPENTANCY - Proficiency in WordPress and web development.
* SPEED - The ability to work efficiently and meet daily targets (>10 website dulicates per day).
* EFFICIENCY - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in replicating templates.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

*You are NOT creating the templates from scratch but simply replacing key information to customize the customer's experience. This posting is different from the pervious as you are not required to create the template yourself. Open to negotiation of pay if you are able to build out templates.
